Issues with Your Order
If you receive a wrong product, damaged item, or find something missing, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at online@ncjohn.com, along with:
Order ID
Invoice copy
Description of the issue
Clear images of the product and packaging
Product Damage or Leaks
If the product arrived damaged or leaked, include images or video showing the issue and the batch number from the product (near the MRP/ in the label).
We will review your complaint within 48 hours and respond accordingly.

Got stuff worth ₹499 or more? We ship it free—all the way to your doorstep!

Returns & Refunds
You can request a return or replacement within 48 hours of delivery for the following issues:

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Opened or used products
Items purchased during a sale
