Our company was started in 1940s by Late Mr. N.C.John who was an enthusiastic industrialist and a visionary. Started with a single product of Woven Coir Matting, the company has now emerged as an integrated floor covering manufacturer with customers in more than 35 countries. NCJ has an extensive range of natural fibre floor coverings– both traditional and contemporary manufactured with state-of-the art machineries. OUR PRODUCTS
Sisal fibre is obtained from the leaf of Agave plant which grows in Brazil and East Africa and comes in brilliant dyed colours. NCJ sources the finest quality fibres which are dyed, spun and woven into premium products in NCJ factories.
Jute is a long, soft vegetable fibre grown in the Gangetic Delta. It is renewable, bio-degradable and environment friendly. The plants are harvested annually by hand and the fibre is extracted from the bark of the plant after a soaking process.
Using state-of-the-art digital controlled looms, our range of finest natural fibres – wool, sisal and jute – are woven into soft and durable floor coverings.
Finest carpet grade wool from New Zealand and India dyed and spun into quality yarns. A wide range of floor-coverings are woven in combination with other natural fibres—sisal, jute and cotton. This creates a soft, durable and flame-retardant floor covering.
This collection is made from PET yarn. These materials are very durable and stain-resistant, and they also come in a wide variety of colours and patterns.
