Refund Policy

At Nerova, powered by NC John & Sons, your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities. Every hygiene product we create is crafted with care, backed by research, and tested to meet the unique needs of teens and tweens. But if something’s not right, we’ve got your back.

  • Return or Replacement Request
    This item cannot be returned since it is classified under “Hygiene, Health and Personal Care products“.
    However, items received damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect are eligible for a free replacement*
    If you’ve received a wrong, expired, or damaged product, you can raise a return or replacement request within 2 days by dropping us an email at support@kuhlteen.com with the following details:
    – Order ID
    – Invoice (soft or hard copy)
    – Description of the issue
    – Clear images or videos of the product and packaging (with batch number if applicable)

    If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package or we will initiate a replacement without returning the product. The return shipment is FREE of cost. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.. If you suspect that a product is damaged before opening the packaging, please take a video while opening the parcel. This video will help us validate your claim quickly and process your request without delay.
  • Review of Your Request
    Once we receive your request, please allow 2 working days for our team to review it. We aim to resolve your concern as smoothly and swiftly as possible.
  • Product Verification & Resolution
    After the return is initiated, and we receive the product(s), we will verify your claim with the evidence provided. Based on our findings, we’ll either:
    – Issue a replacement (subject to stock availability), or
    – Process a refund to your original payment method
  • Valid Reasons for Return
    You can return products under the following conditions:
    – Wrong product delivered
    – Expired product received
    – Damaged or leaked item during transitFor any other issues or questions, our customer delight team is just an email away — and always happy to help.
  • Refund & Cancellation
    We understand that hygiene products are personal — and we respect your choices. Here’s how we handle cancellations and refunds:
  • Full Refund for Unopened, Unused Products
    Changed your mind? No problem. We’ll issue a full refund for any unopened, unused, full-priced product returned within 7 days of delivery.
    We’ll even arrange a reverse pickup for most pin codes in India.
  • Rejection of Opened or Damaged Products on Delivery
    If a product arrives visibly opened or damaged, you can refuse delivery right at your doorstep.
  • No Refunds for the Following
    We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
    – Opened or used products
    – Items purchased on sale or discount
    – Damage reported after delivery without proof
    – Claims made without a supporting video when required
  • Refund Process
    Once your return is approved and the product reaches our nearest warehouse, we’ll initiate your refund. You’ll receive SMS and email updates as soon as the refund is processed, which will take a minimum of 7 working days and a maximum of 14 working days.
